KARCO Engineering is seeking qualified applicants for the following positions:

Program Manager/Senior Project Engineer (1)

Program Manager/Senior Project Engineer

Primary Responsiilities:

Responsible for development and implementation of test plans and scheduling of testing activities for crash test facility involved in safety and certification testing for automobile and highway safety, homeland security and design verification studies
Provide technical support for and continually review test processes, test documentation, test equipment and related operations
Support and participate in process improvement initiatives
Involved in interface with commercial clients and government agencies

Minimum Requirements:

BS in Engineering
3-7 years experience in crash testing
Strong management skills
Quick learner, self-motivated, attention to detail, and strong customer service orientation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; good presentation skills

Desirable:

MS in Engineering or other advanced degree

Additional Comments:

Travel Required: No travel required
Employment Type: Full-time preferred
Pay Rate: $45,000-$70,000 per year
